Building a Better Body
One Muscle at a Time
While “functional” movement has become a household word, the reality is “you’re only as strong as your weakest link”. Muscles must first function optimally and in sync. Muscle Activation Techniques bring your muscular system into balance to allow your body to improve balance and strength, optimize performance and facilitate healing.
Have you ever wondered why muscles become tight and restrict your mobility?
Tightness is your body’s check engine light. It is the first sign that there is instability in a joint and weakness in the muscular system. As the tightness continues, it leads to compensation patterns in the body which left untreated can cause tendonitis, joint deterioration, or injury.
How can Muscle Activation help?
Unlike other techniques Muscle Activation addresses the root of the problem, not just the symptom and it is not unusual to find muscular weaknesses above or below the area of concern. Through a series of tests and manual treatment the muscles ability to “fire” are restored leading to a lessening of: pain, muscular and joint stiffness, skeletal instability, and muscular imbalances.
Bringing the muscular system back into balance allows your body optimize performance and facilitate healing, to be at its best.
Who is Muscle Activation for?
Whether you are in your senior years and want to improve your balance and strength or a professional athlete wanting peak performance Muscle Activation Techniques is the missing piece!

“I discovered Muscle Activation Techniques in 2009 when learning that the Denver Broncos were using this modality to keep their players on the field and healthy. After getting certified I came to the realization that this was the missing piece in my own practice of personal training and that everyone needs to have their muscles firing optimally to feel their best!”
